How to restore purchases

There are two types of Restore processes:

Restore Type 1

Reader is an active subscriber to your magazine, but has not received the issue.

  • In order to restore purchases the user needs to be logged with the same Apple ID that the first purchase was made with.
  • Then they need to tap Subscribe > Restore All Purchases > enter their password to confirm.
  • Once done purchases will be restored.
  •  

    Restore Type 2

    Reader would like to restore purchases from one device to another.

  • The user needs to be logged in to the new device with the same Apple ID that the first purchase was made with.
  • Then they need to tap Subscribe > Restore All Purchases on the new device and then enter their password to confirm.
  • Once done purchases will be restored to the new device.

    Troubleshooting

    If neither of these two methods work for the reader, please send the following to support:

  • Copied and pasted Device Token of their iPad (If the subscription was purchased on another device then they need to be logged in with the same Apple ID on the new device.)
