If your covers are not displaying or you’re getting an Extraction Error when you try and open your issue, then there is likely a problem with your Amazon S3 details.
To fix this, simply go to Setup menu in MagCast > Hosting section
Then enter your correct details and click on Submit.
If you get this error “The AWS Access Key Id you provided does not exist in our records”
then it either means:
01 – your S3 details are incorrect or
02 – there is a billing issue with your Amazon S3 account.
We recommend checking with Amazon S3 Support to confirm that your Amazon S3 Credentials are correct and that your Billing information is up to date.
