If your covers are not displaying or you’re getting an Extraction Error when you try and open your issue, then there is likely a problem with your Amazon S3 details. To fix this:
- Simply go to the Setup menu in MagCast and select Hosting.
- Enter your current Amazon S3 Credentials and click on Submit.
- If you get this error:
The AWS Access Key ID you provided does not exist in our records
Then it either means your S3 Credentials are incorrect or there is a billing issue with your AWS account.
We recommend checking with AWS Support to confirm that your Amazon S3 Credentials are correct and that your Billing information is up to date.
